completion of its merger with Matthews International Corporation.
The York Group will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Matthews.
Matthews International Corporation is headquartered in Pittsburgh,
PA, and is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of custom-made
identification products, including cast bronze memorials, crematories
and related products; mausoleums; printing plates, pre-press services
and imaging systems for the corrugated and flexible packaging industries,
