| A2 You can apply as often as you wish, but please submit only one application for your organization per quarter. You must submit a new application each quarter. |
| A3 You should have a copy of the 501(c)3 letter from the IRS. Be sure to include a current letter from the IRS stating that your organization has been approved as a 501(c)3 organization. |
| A4 Yes, if your expenditures are over $25,000, include a completed 2000 or 2001 IRS Form 990 or 990-EZ. If your expenditures are less than $25,000, please be sure to include a current budget for your organization. |
| A5 If your annual expenditures are less than $25,000 you need to attach a budget for your organizations expenditures. Otherwise, it is necessary to provide the IRS Form 990 or 990-EZ. It is not required that you submit both documents. |
| A6 Use the space on the application to describe your program rather than attaching documents. Additional brochures, attachments, board information, video tapes, letters, etc. will only delay the reviewing process. We send only the requested information to the board of trustees for voting. |
| A7 No. Grants are awarded based on an organizations need and merit. Its best if you send your application and attached material in a simple envelope rather than a presentation binder. |
| A8 Your organization can qualify if its sole purpose is to benefit children. Additionally, we dont offer grants to organizations that influence legislation, support political candidates, or intervene in political activities. |
| A9 We award grants each quarter. You can apply as often as you wish: just submit your completed application by one of these deadlines: 1st Quarter - April 5th 2nd Quarter - July 5th 3rd Quarter - October 5th 4th Quarter - January 5th |
